Beautiful Sky

We finally got some rain over the weekend. This is our 2nd summer here and it just doesn't rain at all for months. I guess I have to remember that we are in the dessert even though there aren't cactus anywhere and people don't have rocks for yards. On Sunday afternoon a storm was rolling in and I got some great shots from the backyard of the sky promising rain.

Those are flippin' fantastic photos! So pretty...I adore rain storms.

I'm so glad you enjoyed girls camp...that was funny about you & the sleeping pills.

We've been getting some serious wind from Gustav but no rain. The temps are chilly though...it's like low 80s & with the wind it feels like a November day.

I wish Holbrooks were coming to Texas this December...what if we came there? Do you have the space for us or time? We have 3 frequent flyer passes & were saving them for Florida, but maybe we should show our kids Utah.
